"The Library! at Hillcrest invites our neighbors to drop into the library for a fun night of food and music in celebration of the City of Boise’s Good Neighbor Initiative. Come to the library to relax, mingle with your neighbors and enjoy light snacks and refreshments while listening to the Boise Cello Collective. We’re excited to celebrate what makes the Library! at Hillcrest so great – being part of a great neighborhood with lots of good neighbors. We’ll also offer complimentary coffee throughout the day to show our appreciation."

"Our annual Frightened Felons Event invites you to tour the site at night and dare to enter the only haunted cell house in Boise. With special performances of the Zombie "Thriller" Dance, North End Treble Makers, the Cello Collective, costume contests with cash prizes, follow our inmate death map, interact with actors portraying inmates of the past, Rio Grande Tacos (Fri.), Free Range Pizza (Sat.), Rockin' Dogs & Ice Cream, Genki Takoyaki, and Abe's Kettle Corn will be selling food, with beer from Crooked Fence, wine from the Friends of the Historical Society (alcohol will be served on Sat./Adult Night only). "The Boise Cello Collective will present a casual, 45-minute concert designed to serve children and families with sensory sensitivities or special needs. Many accommodations are available to allow everyone to participate in a live musicaal performance. Wheelchair seating is available, an ASL interpertor will sign the program, and numerous other adaptations are planned. A Musical Petting Zoo sponsored by Dorsey Music starts at 12:00 and continues after the concert. Call 459-5275 or email info@caldwellfinearts.org to discuss accomodations needed.
